Allowed usage

Maximun load is according to inspection cetificate or table with WLL information for relevant lifting point – (see picture 2)
Non permissible usage
Make sure that when choosing the assembly that improper loading can not arise e.g. if:
• The direction of pull is obstructed
• Direction of pull is not in the foreseen area (see fig. 3)
• Loading ring rests against edges or loads (see fig. 4)

The load ring must be turned to the direction of the pull before loading – do not turn
under tension. For more details, see the user manual.

Calculating the necessary thread lenght (L):
L= H + S + K + X
H = Material height
S = Washer thickness
K = Height of the nut (depends on the thread lenght of the screw)
X = Excess lenght of the screw (twofold pitch of the screw)
L max = n max

In case of requesting a lifting point with a special lenght, please mention the requested
thread lenght „L“.
